Yes. For day tours you get a 100% refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before departure; multi-day tours use a 72-hour cut-off. Cancellations closer to departure are non-refundable. Some tours have their own cancellation policy, shown on the tour detail page. You can cancel yourself under My bookings and preview the refund amount before confirming.
