Accepting the terms
By creating an account, booking a tour or using the Saigon Foody Tour website, you agree to the terms below and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. We may update these terms over time; important changes will be announced on the website.
User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity arising from your account. The information you provide at registration and booking must be accurate and kept up to date. Please tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use of your account.
Booking & payment
Tour prices are listed in Vietnamese dong (VND); foreign-currency conversions are indicative only. When you book, your seats are held for 15 minutes to complete payment. Payment is processed through the VNPAY or OnePay gateway; the booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive an e-ticket by email. We may refuse or cancel a booking in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or sold-out availability.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds follow the Cancellation & refund policy. Some tours have their own policy stated on the detail page, which takes precedence. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
User responsibilities
You agree to use the service lawfully, not to post infringing content, not to interfere with the system without authorisation, and to provide truthful participant information (including ages, so the correct ticket type is applied). Reviews you post must reflect a genuine experience.
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, images and source code on the website belong to Saigon Foody Tour or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute or commercially exploit them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Saigon Foody Tour’s liability for a booking will not exceed the value of that booking. We are not liable for indirect losses arising beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.
Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law, including the 2015 Civil Code. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes by negotiation; failing that, disputes will be brought before the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
This is a sample for building the interface. The official legal content will be reviewed and updated by the client and legal counsel before publication.
