Data we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account and booking a tour: full name, email, phone number, participant details (including dates of birth to determine ticket type) and pickup point. Payment details are processed directly by the VNPAY/OnePay gateway — we do not store your card number. The system also records basic technical data (device type, pages viewed) to operate and improve the service.
How we use it
Data is used to process bookings and payments, send tickets and booking-related notices, support customers, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. We only send marketing information when you agree, and you can opt out at any time.
Sharing data
We share data at the minimum level necessary with: payment gateways (VNPAY, OnePay), our map provider (Goong), email delivery services and tour supply partners to fulfil your booking. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Storage & security
Data is stored for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and as required by law, then deleted or anonymised. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data.
Your rights (Decree 13)
Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP you have the right to be informed, to access, correct, delete, restrict and withdraw consent for your personal data, as well as the right to object and complain. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details below.
